2 periods in may, now it's June been nauseous, tender breasts, cramping and spotting today only. I'm 34 and have had my tubes tied about 10 years ago

Still u need to rule out pregnancy and get an TVS done to rule out uterine fibroid/polyp or any other pelvic pathology. Do u hav any other complaints also like discharge, pain lower abdomen?
