Period cramps
Hi, I get my periods regularly, but every month i get stomach pain along with back pain. Pain is horrible. Most of thr times i get unbearable pain only on the first day. Please help!

You take any antispasmodic before the onset of menstruations continue for two to three days after that If persist than go to USG and further consultation with me

There are medicines available for dysmenorrhea to be taken during menses. Consult gynaecologist for evaluation also.

Take Tablet cyclopam three time a day for 3 days during periods Avoid lifting weights and stress Take a boiled egg daily

Hello there, you can take pain killers available like meftal spas or Brufen for pain . You must consult a gynaecologist and get an ultrasonography done to rule out things like fibroids, adenomyosis etc .
