  4. Cramps but no periods. After few days?

Cramps but no periods
My periods are delayed by 15 days. Sometimes I do have cramps. But periods haven't come. Is it because of intercourse? But I had protected sex and my UPT is also negative. Should I take any birth control pills now as safety measure ? Or periods will naturally come after few days ? Doctors, please guide.
