Delayed periods. The situation?

I always used to have my periods in a cycle of  24-28 days. Now, I had my last periods on 22nd March,2024. Then for the very first time in my life I had intercourse on 11th April . Then on 23rd April I got beta HCG done , it came out negative. Then on 24th April I started taking deviry 10mg along with pan d and doxy 100 for itchy n dry vagina. Then I also get my beta HCG done again on 27th April , it again came out negative with value 1.2. Today is the last day of deviry 10mg tablet course. Considering the situation I had with my vagina(dry and itchy). And also since the time I have started deviry I am getting cramps in between the course. Yesterday I got a big cramp. Today is the last day of my deviry tablet course. Pls let me know when can I expect my periods considering the situation??
