Hello madam, I have 2.5 months old baby, delivery was Cesarean, baby is on complete breastfeeding and I have started periods just after 10 - 11 weeks of pregnancy. I have been made worried by elder women's around the house stating that periods don't come for 6-12 months during breastfeeding so is there anything serious issue to be taken care of, plz guide and advise on the above issue, will it cause any harm to my child during feeding, I am currently taking gemcal D3 & raricap tablets as advised by my dr. Kindly help in their above matter as earliest as possible 🙏

Don't worry about it... getting periods early will not affect milk production.
The only thing you need to take care is that since you are getting regular periods chances of pregnancy are always there so use protection
