Perimenopausal symptoms at 39 years age
Insomnia, anxiety, palpitations, joint pains, frequent vaginal infections, reduced bleeding during periods, extreme hair fall, brain fog, forgetfulness, pre diabetes, struggling to lose weight, weight gain around the belly. Please suggest remedy. Is HRT an option? My gynecologist ruled out possibility of onset of perimenopause because of my age. How can this be ascertained. I am.extremely struggling with my anxiety and lack of quality sleep. Please help.
