Pericoronitis not getting better
It's been like 6-7 days and there is a hole behind my lower wisdom tooth. There used to be a flap covering it with only a little hole between the tooth and gum until just a few days ago. But since 2 days before, the flap rose up and seems like its disappeared. But there's still a larger hole in my gums. What would this be and is it ok to leave it? Also seems like antibiotics amoxicilin isn't helping at all.

Hole can be suggestive of a pocket formation there and it is not good to leave  it like that as food lodgment is frequent and the area is difficult to clean which can lead to infection spread in surrounding spaces of wisdom tooth. Also that area is frequently painful.
Next Steps
you should visit dentist and get xray done of that wisdom tooth which will help to decide whether to keep or remove that tooth.
Health Tips
maintain oral hygiene
