  4. Perforated eardrum. It healing or not?

Perforated eardrum
This is my 1 month perforated eardrum. It is a slap injury will it heal with antibiotics ? Is it healing or not ? No infection yet

I think it will heal if left alone. No ear drops, no water or oil in the ear.
