My son age 1.8 months 10 days back when he is playing that time he slipped on the plastic stool but i didnt seen how he slipped on that he got any injury i dint see what happen now pennins left side little swelled like nerve any thing happend to my kid

Hello there...I can understand your concern. It would have been better if you had posted a photo of the lesion. So that we would have known whether it was trauma related or something else. Due to the fall, he might have developed a haematoma. Without clinical examination it is very difficult to tell what he has. So kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation.
