Pennis infection
I got infection on my pennis,i am getting pus like on pennis head And below pennis head
My urine hole is hard to open while urinating.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. I think u r suffering for Balanitis xerotica obliterans but for correct diagnosis u need to send pic
There r many options for treatment surgical as well as nonsurgical
First u go dermatologist and then depending on ur clinical diagnosis treatment can be done
