Under pennis My pennies top skin is completely closed am feeling very uncomfortable and some times it’s paining and itching also

Foreskin. Is always closing top skin of penis. Manual nd gradual retraction of foreskin wil solve ur issue. Kindly consult sexologist or urologist for further treatment if needed
