There is no specific cause for premature ejaculation. as there is no cause there is no specific treatment also. we need to do best with whatever we have. posting is 1. healthy diet 2. weight loss 3. use of condom that decrease the male sensitivity and increases female sensitivity (Durex) 4. use of spray to decrease male sensitivity 5. use of duralast two hours before intercourse 6. Hello, Having desire to last for 30-40 mins is good. But you should take things slowly and steadily step by step. Firstly with regards to your penis enlargement issue - The fear that your penis looks too small or is too small to satisfy your partner during sex is common. But studies have shown that most men who think their penises are too small actually have normal-sized penises. Similarly, studies suggest that many men have an exaggerated idea of what constitutes "normal" penis size. Also note it is not the penis size which matters but it is how you perform in bed is more important. I would instead recommend you to pay more attention to your second issue that is your premature ejaculation issue. If you not able to sustain your erection long enough you to either penetrate or reach orgasm then trust me your job is undone. As for a men to be sexually satisfied he should either successfully penetrate or reach orgasm to reach satisfaction. Also note judging yourself on the basis of Masturbation is not the right way. As you are married you must have realised by now there is way difference between what you do with your hand and what you do in reality. However the issue is not a cause to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. THERE ARE NO MEDICATIONS/OIL/CREAM AND TREATMENT AVAILABLE FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT. SO DONT FALL UNDER THE TRAP OF SOME FRAUDSTER TRYING TO THUG YOU WITH FALSE HOPES. However for premature ejaculation issue feel free to contact me either online or in person.
Next Steps
If you genuinely interested in getting your issue resolved then you can contact me either online or in person. Would be happy to help you. Website Link - https://www.drfayyazsexologyclinic.com

Even if one is ready to spend lacs of Rupees. Size of penis is not important for satisfactory sexual relationships. For this one should have a good hardness in the penis & should take sufficient time before discharge. So please forget about increase in size of penis. The problem of premature ejaculation is most common sexual problem in all ages of men. Fortunately it has high recovery rate through ayurvedic medications. I am explaining you briefly about premature ejaculation so that it will eliminate your fears. In premature ejaculation men come out very fast, Men gets discharged either before penetration or immediately after penetration, they hardly get some strokes. So the female partner remains unsatisfied. This may be due to so many factors like more heat in the body, excessive sex feelings, hyper sensitivity of the penis glands, thin semen, general nerves weakness, excessive masturbation, excessive Porn watching, and High cholesterol. High blood pressure, Diabetes, Obesity, thyroid, heart problem, alcohol, Tobacco use, Sleep disorders, tension, stress etc. This problem of premature ejaculation is very much treatable. I am suggesting you some ayurvedic medicines. Take shatavaradi churan half teaspoon in the morning and one in the night, Take tablet manmath Ras one in the morning and one in the night. Take tablet Pushp dhanva Ras one in the morning and one in the night, and take tablet Sidh makardhwaj Vati with gold, one in the morning and one in the night after food.
