  4. Penis sensitivity. Towards this?

Penis sensitivity
The head of my penis is very sensitive and the foreskin quite tight. It is sore to touch and often during sex the foreskin can get stuck behind the head but has never been a problem to slowly get it back to normal. I have tried leaving it retracted in the shower etc but never makes any difference. Is there any treatment towards this?
