Masturbated rough (my head) and statted expericing penis pain (no swelling or brusing). Urologist examed penis and said everything is normal (no plaque,redness, etc). All tests negative(urine/blood/)I didnt masturbate for a month and symptoms were almost gone till I masturbated again. . Only Experiencing penis pain and slight discomfot when urine/stream. Can i have damage my tunica albuginea? MRI show these results? Could i get urethral scaring from masturbation? Just give time to heal?
