Penis problem if no masturbation
Penis problem if no masturbation for a few days I have started masturbation at around 14 years old. Now, I’m near to 36. I was married in 2019 but because of Premature Ejaculations  My marriage didn't last and finally divorced . If I don’t masturbate for a few days, there will be some (weird) feeling in my penis that “force me” to masturbate. Once I’m done with the masturbation, the feeling will disappear for a few days and come back again. I have to solve it by masturbation again, again and again. I cannot say it is a pain. It is somehow like a pleasant feeling in the penis that needs more pleasure through masturbation/ejaculation. So, I cannot stop masturbation. I have tried for around 1+ month, and the feeling in the penis is really disturbing me, and I had to masturbate to release it. With that feeling, only with a few rubs on the penis can I go to ejaculation easily. Please advise.
