Hi, if the foreskin not retract properly, please visit local surgeon near your area. He will suggest you if you need Circumcision- which is a small surgery and you will discharge on the same day. If he thinks the foreskin is bit tight he will guide you with steroids base ointment which will help you to retract it back.
