Penis foreskin
My foreskin has become tight and it has little swollen at the tip, due to it I'm unable to pull it back easily.
Please advise.

Hi . this could be a fungal infection of the foreskin. Could u send a picture of the same on follow up chat. Or see a dermatologist near you. You may also need to be tested for diabetes. Hope this helps. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal.
