Penis foreskin
I cannot pull back my penis foreskin when it is erect because the foreskin is attached to the inside "head" of my penis. This inside head of penis is a lot sensitive. What should i do? In images i have shown how the skin is attached to the penis head and how much it gets pulled back when erect.

hello there. you have phimosis. it can be treated surgically only. although some people would try with lignocaine gel/cream preparations also. but nothing happens and the problem persists. you should consult a surgeon and get circumcision done. circumcision is a very small operation in which your foreskin is removed. we have no use for the foreskin. so its OK to remove it off. you will be able to walk out of the hospital the next day. get it done as early as possible, because as time passes, you might experience pain and swelling and even bleeding. regards
