Penis foreskin
Foreskin of my penis is easily retracted at ground state....But when it is erected I fill some pain to retract it..... And yes, it is retracted...... But once retracted in the erected state, it can't be covered again in the erected state..... Because it is hindered by the constriction of the glance of the erect penis....that means I can't back and forth my foreskin when my penis is erect......
Is it normal? And if it is not normal, then please suggest some remedy of this.....

Yes it is tight foreskin issue (phimosis) . But surgery (circumcision) always not necessary in such cases.
