Penis foreskin dont go back
While having sex or something when we do the penis skin backward it doesnt come back because the skin is very tight from the front

Thank you for asking. I can understand the your concern. Your problem mostly appears to be a case of Phemosis. It is a condition of tight foreskin. Difficulty in retracting the skin backwards, painful Intercourse, etc are most common presentation. If not corrected it may risk you for frequent penis skin infection as well. It being a primary surgical problem, the treatment is surgical. You must consider consulting a general surgeon for this. After detailed evaluation, he can assess the severity and decide the treatment.
