In a normal circumstances, pulling foreskin back if possible both in non erect and erect state. So if you are unable to pull it back in erect state and you have pain on erection, it can be solved by simple technique. Use lubrication at masturbation and slowly pull the skin back, One this is easy, you must pull the skin over the glans an aply more lubricant and try inserting a finger between the forsekin and the glans. Then stretch the skin. Once skin is supple you can make it stretches sideways between 2 fingers. Such an exercise done without haste and using lots of lubrication can loosen the skin and make it supple so that it does not cause pain at erection
Next Steps
Next Steps If you feel you are not able to do this, consult a surgeon. Circumcision is done for various reasons. Some do it for religious reasons, some do it for tight phimosis which prevents them from seeing the glans of the penis, and some do it for cosmetic reasons. It is a simple operation which is done under suitable anesthesia and person is usually discharged home in a day.
