My penis foreskin and head is red and itchy...my foreskin is swelled and developed cracks which hurts while peeing.

Hello, Balanitis, or balanoposthitis, is inflammation of the head of the penis. The foreskin (the loose flap of skin that covers the head of the penis) is also often affected. Symptoms can include:
redness, swelling and soreness around the head of the penis or foreskina thick discharge under the foreskina rash on the penis,itchiness,an unpleasant odour,pain when urinating.its not Usually serious ,consult dermatologist once.
