Penis dysfunction
Im 22 yrs I weight nearly 110 kgs. I have a habit of masturbating for 5 years to till yesterday ( 01-01-2019 ) mrng. In the same day night I wanted to sex and went for real sex I have a doubt about how I perform because it's 1st time I'm gonna do it and I'm doubtable about my penis my performance and I'm in little tension about these and then my penis is still small and I inserted condem but no use my penis haven't got bigger it isn't on so I was able to perform there and unable to insert  into her later the day ( today ) I tried masturbating 2 times but isn't became strong could not done with . In the 2md time atleast I made it cum. Im so disappointed from yesterday can't I lead my better sex life help me with this issue ( I don't have a habit of smoking and drinking and I wasn't in anxiety I just have better sex life have kids satisfy the girl )

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. Anxiety is the cause of erectile dysfunction here. May be Sildenafil 30 min before sex will help you for few days.... You need to Regular exercise that is aerobic exercise to get a proper erection. Don't worry...you will be fine soon... If Ur night erection is lost....then we need to do a set of tests ....
