Penile shaft lump
I have 2 hard lumps (1 on right and 1 on left) on shaft of penis under the skin. They do not pain at all. Lately, I have acne on head of penis which leaves indentation type scars , maybe due to smegma. I haven't had any sexual encounter uptil now. These hard lumps are giving me hard time. Please if you can tell me what it is or if i need to consult someone. I am attaching image of it.
