Penile pain
For the past 1 year I've been feeling mild pain at the tip of my penis and from a few weeks also in testicles. The pain doesn't last / stay for a long time but it keeps recurring especially when I'm going out for work. I used to wear an undergarment bit tight for my comfort. Maybe the pain is the result of trauma caused to that region. Also the tip of penis under the foreskin looks gray sometimes and there's white discharge sometimes. Kindly guide me for the proper treatment of the issue.
