Mild pain in upper part of penis
Sir, myself 23 years male having slight mild pain which is discountionuous in nature in upper part of my penis i dont masterbate much but last time when i masterbated i have experience d it during masterbation. And main problem what i have obseved that during erectation my upper part not erected while shaft (lower part of penis) in full erectation...is there is any problem sir...what will be its cure
