Penile girth and length
My wife sometimes complain about my penis girth and length, i thought i have medium size but she is not satisfied with my size.
Is there any way to increase both the length and girth of my penis so that i can have confidence.

I would advise to bring your wife and yourself for couple therapy where all her insecurities regarding penile size will be solved. The more correct information she gets will her you in your relationship. There are no medication to increase the size of penis.

Let me tell you our penis size is normal. We always have the illusion that it’s small which is after we have watched porn. We start comparing which is not right. Once you start getting full erections then I believe your issue of size will automatically be resolved.
Let me explain you about your issue in brief -

If the complaint is sometimes only ( and not always ) so you need to focus on sexual stimulation so that you have a good hard erect penis . Sexual satisfaction doesn’t depend upon the length of penis . There are no medication which can increase the length of penis . It needs to be assessed whether you have erectile dysfunction (ED) wherein the male have difficulty in getting erection / difficulty in sustaining erection / or doesn’t have a hard erect penis.
