You can safely try coconut oil or vaseline, if it doesn't work. you both should consult a Gynaecologist in-person and get her assessed in detail. if there is no vaginal anomaly detected in her, then you need to consult a psychiatrist and get yourself assessed for Erectile dysfunction.
