Pelvic Tilt or something else ?
I've had the following injuries in 2016 : 1) Medial Malleolus Hairline Fracture LEFT ANKLE in March : 12 weeks in Cast 2) RIGHT ANKLE sprain in October which 2 weeks later led me to have RIGHT KNEE pain and Mri revealed "Grade 2 Signal changes in Posterior horn of Medial Meniscus " Everything done playing basketball. I had been sedentary since then for around 6 months. Now I feel leg length discrepancy and back pain and feel Right hip higher and Left lower with hyperextended Left Knee
