I had a normal forceps delivery 10w back. I feel fine now but on doing little bit of household chores or on bathing the baby i feel my back gets very stressed in 5min.i had opted for epidural too as my delivery was complicated and was induced. 24hrs of labor and 6hrs of pushing as i was having GDM. Now my weight is 82kg..
Will my pelvic joint (front and back) both tighten itself or do i need to see a doctor?? Ortho or physio? Can i exercise? Which exercise will benefit me and how much strain can i take?
