Pedunclated adenomatoid tubular polyip
1 cm pedunclated polyip was excised in colonoscopy and given for biopsy report says tubular adenomated highly displaced with stalk in tact.is it a matter of concern

In Tubular adenomatous polyps with high grade dysplasia , if stalk of the polyp is free of  dysplasia you need careful follow up only provided  all other polyps are removed and no evidence of cancer.
