Pectus excavatum
Hello doctor i have sunken chest from the time when I was born I have very expanded chest while gap on the middle . In 2018 I suffered from primary spontaneous pneumothorax but the reason was unknown after searching a lot about this I came to know about something named pectus excavatum and I know it can be serious and life threatening for me in near future so I wanna fix it with exercises only plzz help me out It's about my life...

As an adjunct or add-on treatment, Physical therapy may be offered to patients as part of  bracing program for pectus carinatum or pigeon chest, or post-operatively following a NUSS procedure for correction of a patient's pectus excavatum. Visit ortho clinic or physiotherapy clinic for exercises and proper advice dep3nding on your condition.
