Hello doctor i have sunken chest from the time when I was born I have very expanded chest while gap on the middle . In 2018 I suffered from primary spontaneous pneumothorax but the reason was unknown after searching a lot about this I came to know about something named pectus excavatum and I know it can be serious and life threatening for me in near future so I wanna fix it with exercises only plzz help me out
