I am a 19 year old girl (weight :56kg height: 5 ft 2inches)
With a pear shaped body.
My entire lower body is really heavy including calves due to which i get conscious about what i should wear.
I really want to work on my body and want to lose this fat in a month as i have an important event on 27th of march.
Please help
Also, can i use psyllium husk (isabgol) ??
