Pea sized something below left testicle
I usually get my testicle check by myself at least once a week. Today When I was taking bath, I observed a painless pea sized lump/cyst (I don't know what to call it, but it seems spherical). It is in bottom sude of left testicle. It is not observabe by eyes from outside, nor have sensation. But if I press it harder, it senses pain.
Can any one suggest me what is it, how it came and what could be the home remedy for this. Or should I see a doctor.
This pea was not there on monday of this week.
