Pea size lump on right side of neck
I have a pea size lump on right side of neck about an inch from my collarbone it isn't painful or red it moves and it goes up and down but not fully down

It may be lymph node mostly, better to rule out breast issues first.
Next Steps
confirm no breast issues with fine needle aspiration ,mammography, CT chest. anything positive, that should be treated first. if all these investigations are negative, that swelling can be excised locally.
