Hello doctor In private there are 4 in 1.5 month 2.5 month 3.5 month and 15 month And in govt there are only 3 does in 1.5 month 3.5 month and 9month If i go as per govt will there b any issue because 1 less dose given

Yes - if you are giving pcv vaccine at the government - don't wait for the last dose at 9 months - give 3rd dose at a private at 3.5 months - same vaccines now available in private also

There is no issue at all. Standard dosing is 3 doses. You can go with the government dosing without any problem.

No there is no issue at all. the recommended vaccination is 3 doses according to National immunisation schedule so its perfectly fine to just take 3 doses for prevention.
