A kid from our locality has suffered from pneumonia though she has vaccinated (PCv). She is 4 month old. How is that possible is she is vaccinated but attacked by pneumonia?

We need to know details, was illness loosely just called pneumonia or was Xray showing pneumonia patch.
Sometimes it could be viral pneumonia and not bacterial
