Sir today I visited AIIMS for my knee and leg pain and doctor ordered for CBC esr test. I want to know is it everything Ok. I don't have any fever and other problems just pain in legs, weight increase 20 kg in last two months . My short history is I was diagnosed tuberculosis 2 years before and treatment completed already. Is it needed to treat or leave it.

Actually PCT is pro calcitonin value which shows some infection in the body, so needs to be ruled out,if sepsis or due to your previous Tuberculosis which may be not completely treated…??? Don’t leave the doctor without knowing the cause….
