PCOS related doubts.
My reports suggests PCOS but my gynaec said it's PCOD, are they same? Also is PCOS reversible? there have been various misconceptions about both PCOS and PCOD. Please help resolve my doubt.

Pcod now we call it as PCOS, becoz it s a syndrome not a disease... both are same dear, u can't reverse it But hormonal imbalances u can correct it

Pcod is a wrong terminology It's not a disease but a syndrome Ur born with PCos N it stays fr life The only way to prevent hormonal changes consequent to pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy bmi
