PCOS problem

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have pcos and for this I have been taking medicine since last few years... When I take meprate 10 for 7days after 12-13 days my period comes with heavy flow but when I take krimson 35 for 21days after 9 days period comes but very light and only spotting... Is krimson 35 less effective than Meprate10??
