PCOS patient : Less bleeding

I have PCOS. I periods are regular. I used to bleed for only 2 days. After pcos treatment and diet and exercise I used to have a healthy bleeding for 3-4 days. But this month I bled very less and only for 1 day. What might be the reason. I was on medication of cormox cv 625 and spase p.
