Pcos ovarian cysts planning pregnancy
Hello sir Mam i am 26 year old last year I got married My husband stays abroad in December he will come and that time I am planning pregnancy he will here for 3 months, So for that I visited gynecologist and did pelvic ultrasound in that found that I have multiple 4mm cysts in ovary and its pcos But i don't have other symptoms of pcos like irregular periods or acne or facial hair or hair fall My hormone reports are normal,I never tried before and he will be here just for 3 months so I don't wanna take any risk to miss that Dr suggested take folic acid for 3 months before planning I used it for 1 and half month then stopped as my husband postpone plan to come My height is 5"5 weight is 74 in February it was 83 and I did weight lose of 9 kg still doing I am taking flexseeds powder every day and doing yoga as well Please tell me will I get any problem to conceive

There is no problem in your case .Mild Pcos doesn't cause hindrance in conceiving. Just continue with your diet and yoga..and folic acids.And main don't think to much..Be Positive. Tension or overthinking doesn't help you in this.

Pregnancy is possible even with PCOS and you are already on the right track with exercise. Maintain a low carb diet along with moderate intensity and long duration exercise for best results in PCOS. Your prolactin level is pn the higher side which is common in PCOS. Continue with folic acid. If you face any menstrual irregularities homoeopathic medicines are always at your aid. No issues if you are not having any menstrual irregularities. With PCOD also pregnancy is possible. Continue taking folic acid. And do regularly yoga and meditation it will help you to get hormones in control and to reduce weight also. Best wishes for your future pregnancy.

I dont see any big issue.With mild pcos you can still get pregnant.You can continue with folic acid.Best wishes for your journey ahead. Just keep your weight in check by diet and exercises .
