My husband stays abroad in December he will come and that time I am planning pregnancy he will here for 3 months,
So for that I visited gynecologist and did pelvic ultrasound in that found that I have multiple 4mm cysts in ovary and its pcos

There is no problem in your case .Mild Pcos doesn't cause hindrance in conceiving. Just continue with your diet and yoga..and folic acids. And main don't think to much..Be Positive. Tension or overthinking doesn't help you in this.

Pregnancy is possible even with PCOS and you are already on the right track with exercise. Maintain a low carb diet along with moderate intensity and long duration exercise for best results in PCOS. Your prolactin level is pn the higher side which is common in PCOS. Continue with folic acid. If you face any menstrual irregularities homoeopathic medicines are always at your aid. Consult for the same.
No issues if you are not having any menstrual irregularities. With PCOD also pregnancy is possible. Continue taking folic acid. And do regularly yoga and meditation it will help you to get hormones in control and to reduce weight also. Best wishes for your future pregnancy.
I dont see any big issue. With mild pcos you can still get pregnant. You can continue with folic acid.Best wishes for your journey ahead.
Just keep your weight in check by diet and exercises .
