PCOS is a condition of infrequent or persistent anovulation. Irregularly irregular periods means you are not ovulating, regular delayed periods may mean you are ovulating albeit a little late. You may conceive naturally if you ovulate spontaneously
Next Steps
If lifestyle modification hasn't helped you; you may need to get onto Ovulation Induction medicines which have a success rate in pts with PCOS.
Health Tips
May go through my article "Parenthood and PCOS" on Practo Healthfeed for further insights.
