PCOS and Insulin resistance
Hello Doctors, I have PCOS problem from last 7 years. I have developed insulin resistance as well. My recent HbA1C was 5. And my fasting and pp sugar levels are also in range. But my weight is increasing day by day. My menturation cycles are regular and on time after my delivery. But my weight is being a big problem for me. Even if I work out n diet there is no much change in weight. When I search I found out its because of insulin resistance that I have developed. I have developed a dark area around my neck neck which is getting darker with time. What medicines I can take for insulin resistance other than exercise and diet and to go about it so that I don't become a diabetic. Thanks
