Pcos and harmonal imbalance
My wife is detected for pcos...6 months before her left overy volume was 12.5 cc and right ovary volume was 14.5 cc...now after 3 months her left ovary volume is 6.2 cc and right is 11.4 cc...is her pcos is improving...and after improvement can she conceive naturally

She can conceive naturally .
Next Steps
Because she is already 32 yrs , after trying naturally (having sex during fertile period )it is better to go for induction of ovulation .

Hi. The reduction in vol of ovary suggests that there is improvement . It the clinical symptoms which define improvement . If she is getting regular periods on her own then her condition is better and she can conceive naturally .
