I used to be a relatively healthy girl, though I led a slightly sedentary lifestyle. My mum always cooks healthy with minimal oil and
sugar, no refined food and I rarely eat junk. After my 10th, I suddenly gained around 12 kilos in the span of a year, with no lifestyle changes. I also started having irregular periods. After getting a scan done, I was told I had polycystic ovarian disorder. I'm now controlling my diet more than ever and exercise for an hour everyday with a good blend of cardio and strength training, with yoga and Pilates as well. But I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I understand I haven't gained weight since then, but I feel like I'm not losing weight proportionate to the hard work I'm putting in. Can you please tell me what to do?
