PCOD with weight problem
Diagnosed with PCOD last yr. deso tab taken for 3 months. now periods r regular.now is it necessary to do sonography? during treatement weight incresed . how reduce weight now? any diet exercise etc? weight 67 kg. height 151 cm

Hi if you have PCOS , diet and exercise are very important. Have low carbohydrate diet and high protein diet If you need detailed advise consult direct. So that i cn advise you the detailed diet chart , also regarding your medications. Meanwhile get your blood tests done including serum TSH , Fasting insulin , insulin 2hrs after 75 gms glucose, serum prolactin , HbA1c (empty stomach). Consult direct once you get reports.
