Pcod with severe pelvic pain and clots
Myself 26 yr female diagnosed with pcod in both ovaries more than 16 follicles was on ocp and metformin but had severe pelvic pain bloating loss of appetite so got ca125 tested and had passed a huge clot have a family history of adenoma ovarian cancer is my report positive for cancer as i tested when I had very less spotting

Hi..Ca 125 can be raised not only cancer but also in various non cancerous state like endometriosis, inflammatory conditions.
I will suggest to do scan to see the ovaries ..clots will there in PCOS .
