I m 26 yr female diagnosed with both polycystic ovaries with more than 16 follicles in each i am have irregular period i m on ovaral l and metformin for a month after that I got periods and passed a huge clot heavy bleeding pain ,loss of appetite bloating feel full with a bite my mom had a history of adenoma my sister has also been diagnosed with pcod got her ca125 checked it's 36 should I also get it checked as i have all symptoms and family history also

Loss of appetite could be due to ocp n metformin
Get a fresh ultrasound to find out the reason fr the passage of clot
Ca125 is raised in endometriosis
That should be picked up on ultrasound
