I have Bilateral polycystic ovaries and within a year I've put on 10kgs, from 50kgs to now 60kgs. I'm 5'3, and am looking for a nutritionist who can help me shed 10kgs in 4-5 months. Also, is losing weight and eating right going to help me get rid of pcod?
